Unfortunately Zugo, you are one of those few that actually have a sense of fair play and self-respect. Many, if not most, gamers who willingly use exploits do not, and hence the childish tantrums when things don't go their way.

I didn't get punished for this and regardless if any one did it doesn't change the fact that nefarious is being an abrasive hypocrite.

I understand everyone being mad about being punished because of the PVP debacle Trion already said they won't ban anyone for using something they put in the game. If they say this is different it's only because yet again Trion doesn't understand how their game works because the damage reduction problem is a clear exploit and not legitimate perk stacking like cellular armour and thick skin. Edit - nefarious wasn't using the damage reduction cheat but made another thread about exploiting SWs by jumping in and out which is about as bad .

Yes, and being such grand humans they should be able to man up for their mistake and refund my PS3 version, because the game is broken for PS3. A good human being wouldn't swindle someone, and without the option for a refund I was swindled into buying a broken product.
