When i bought the game i bought the season pass same time.
It said 5 dlc in 1 year .i bought both 2 weeks after launch. And sense i didn't buy the game and pass in december of 2013 lol it would be hard for you to be right. You are wrong i am right. Does it not tell you before purchasing that season passes or dlc content is non refundable? I'm sure it does. Or I might of imagined it.

Yep you can get your money back, contact sony psn and they will refund you. Ive had over 30 freinds do it already. (Only if your on ps3) im not sure how it works on xbox and pc
