So Are Orange Volge Battle Rifles Actually Legendary in Rarity?

I cry BS - after all the Sieges I have done I have gotten one Purple Volge rifle.

Ok so I now have 6 orange "legendary" VOT Volge Battle Rifle Gun MK IV's. (10 purple "epic" ones too.)

My question would be is the drop percentage on these set anywhere near the regular orange drop?

I would think not...as I've never gotten so many identical multiple oranges ever.

So is this intended or has Trion messed up the drop percentage?

I landed first in a Volge siege (ego level ~840) and scored a legendary assassin version of this rifle. Totally convinced it depends on the scoring/placing now as I've finished second before several times to no legendary weapons.

This isn't true. It doesn't matter where you place as long as you get above 20k.

I'll raise you no Oranges since DLC1 with my no Oranges EVER. Not one. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Been playing for as long as most people and to me they don't exist. Like the Loch Ness Monster and Miley Cyrus's butt.

Unfortunately, I'm in the same boat with you my friend. (With the exception that I did manage to land 1 non impressive oj grenade about 2 months back )
Been playing since release on the Xbox and have since watched friends get so many oj drops that they had to purchase additional inventory space to hold them all.
Of all 100 plus Volge Sieges I have done (and finished 20,000 plus in all but one) i managed to acquire 1 purple rifle.
So keep your chin up hun...you're NOT alone in this endless ocean of hope...I am RIGHT there with you!!

It's feast or famine. Feel fortunate to get any oranges at all. I haven't gotten any orange since DLC1.

Ironic that since I made this statement, I have gotten 2 legendary Volge Battle Rifles from Sieges... as well as 2 epic ones.

Also managed to get a legendary Telespanner from a tier 2.

Now, let's try this.
