    It depends on the seriousness of the problem after filing support tickets regarding being unable to log into the game not too long ago and responses after a few hours

    I'm sure they triage tickets too... like all my "account/billing" tickets have been answered way faster than say my "missing item" tickets... which only makes sense

    also it's important to remember for every valid ticket that actually deserves a response the CS have to sort through hundreds of "this guy keel me so mus HAX!" type crap ones

    LOL Support in this game is laughable, like a dumb kid that touched the hot stove too many times and is now paralyzed with fear by all kitchen appliances...

    They got taken for loads of free items under the guise of "missing" and those folks even bragged about it on here and in game, heck one was just caught after only 7 months of doing it constantly. LOL

    Now if you actually have an item missing due to, I dunno say a hard freeze on the PS3, and you see the item in the window while it is hard frozen, they will do nothing for you. I can say that for a fact.

    I dunno what the problem is, besides they claim they can fix it from server data within 3 days but don't respond for at least a week to 10 days.

    I have a ticket filed from the EL vendor. Go ahead, do the math on how long ago that was. And they want us to spend actual money to support them when they can't keep the monopoly money in the right places, like... oh, I dunno,... on the table?
    These are just my opinions.

    I do not trust those people.

    Yep I submitted a ticket on October 29 on November 12 I get a response saying I should have submitted the ticket in game where I of course couldn't fully explain the issue due to the 50 character limit or however many. I go to live chat and they can't see the transaction log because it was so long ago.

    I rarely make tickets to support in any game because almost all issues can be solved by google but the wait time is ridiculous. 5 days and nothing? I haven't had this slow ticket response time in any game, ever.
