I have a Medical Dunie,I don't know how I got but my wife wants one. How do you get them? What do you have to do?

The Med Tech Buggy was rewarded from the pursuit Epidemic.

This pursuit was only available during the episodic content for Episode: Plague. During the episode replay this pursuit was not returned, instead another was with different rewards.

I am not sure that this reward will return in future episode reruns.

The pursuit has been updated and is current again.
Check the daily's under Episodes. It's in there. Kill XX number of the variety specified/location.

I should have mentioned that the OP didn't see the update listed (and you as well, I assume) because you have the pursuit done from the first go round.
You need a new 'toon to see it if I remember correctly.

My game isn't open for me to check exactly where, and like so many things, I could get the specific detail wrong - but the concept is there.
I know my newer 'toon's see it, so it took some prodding from friends for me to go look for it with the new ones.

AFAIK there are no vaccine synthesizer sieges in the Mount Tam area so you have to do a roadside emergency that has afflicted Flailers in Mount Tam to fulfill that part of the pursuit. You only need to kill 10 of them so it's pretty easy to fulfill. I found mine at the place where roadside emergencies spawn near Kinship Plaza but I've also seen one that spawns on the main road between the mutant radio tower side roads.

Correct, but you need to kill infected in Mount Tam to complete the pursuit to get the medtec duni. If she did all the afflicted seiges in all locations as you suggested that still would not be good enough to get her the duni.

Then the wench should proceed post hast to Mount Tam and carry out such procedure. I myself doesn't recall doing so and was taken aback upon discovery of said duni in amongst a hoard of other guises of transport.
