Changing to Casthian

I feel like an idiot for asking this but is there anyway to change my current character to casthian to play through the casthian storyline or is there a way to get the charged blade without be casthian

you don't need to be Castithan in order to play through the DLC arena storyline or get a charged blade... but, as long as you have the DLC, you can go into the Defiance Store and accept the character redo item in the Claim Items section. If you have the DLC, you got one with it. Just make sure you accept it on the character you want to change!

It will want you to back out of the game (log out) and once you go into the character selection screen, it will ask you to set up the appearance again. This won't reset the whole character, in the event that was a concern. Just the looks of the character.

Thank you very much but how would I go about starting the Story I can't seem to find where to start the story line

If you have another active mission, it won't appear on your map. Otherwise, it's to the East of Top-Notch Toolworks and will have it's own style of icon.

Check your map and abandon any active mission you might have, that should get the Arena icon to pop up in the Key.

I strongly suggest an Infector. I personally use an Invader, but any of the auto-fire ones will work wonders.

Question how far into the main campaign until you locate it because i have been driving all around and am level 330 and can not find it sorry to bug you.

You're not bugging at all!

I was under the impression it would appear immediately, so I'm not sure why you aren't seeing it there. May be a stupid question, but you purchased the DLC, yes?

I can't think of anything that would be causing the absence of the Arena missions. Anyone else care to chime in on this?
