loved it all. i think rose is going to sit out most of the stay at this new town. after the problums in defiance. shes going to be focusing on here own plans of destorying VBI and paying them back for what they did. i also have to brake down the idea of what we are going to find at this base. when we get to it . and whats going to be between us and it as we adventer south words into the unknown of florida

Hey, I may still drag Rose to the beach with Belle, if it still exist! They can be beach bunnies or buddies or whatever!

I added to my last story post to tie up some loose ends of Belle's visit to Defiance! It's not a new post, so I kept my promise - kinda!

OK, WOW! Lots to work with here (first looking up most of the actors/actresses that I am not familiar with). Kurt Russell as the sheriff! I have always loved Kurt Russell, so I got to have a scene with him and Belle, although I don't know what, but first a few questions:

I wanted to make sure I provided as much as I could about the town and those who live there. Like I said, everything is open to adjustment (including actors/actresses, which if anyone feels that they would like someone else in the role, feel free to suggest them). I enjoyed Mr. Russell's performances when I was growing up. So, naturally, it makes sense for him to be the model of a Lawkeeper in the world of Defiance.

(1) What happened to the beautiful white sand beaches that I remember Pensecola having? I have a great bikini scene planned for Belle unless they r gone... then I don't! NP

Well, the bay areas of the town went underground and are now fresh water supplies for the town. But for the actual beaches and the ocean, it's about 10 miles south of Lar's Abyss. But not many people hang out on the beach, primarily because it's known for raiders and Hellbugs. So, if you decide to go to the beach, you may want to go packing, not go alone, and do not drop your guard.

(2) If Freedom is part of E-Rep (and I kind of got the impression they are), has Belle's celebrity status reached there? If so, I got a running joke in mind with an end moral of "be careful what u wish for" for her, so I hope so. The library might even have a copy of the serials based on her, as established earlier in our shared story, and the librarian, Robert D. Jurasik could either love it or hate it, probably the latter if he only likes classics, or maybe the former if he sees hope in that people r still reading or sees it for what it is, pure escapism and the need for "heroes" in such times, even manufactured ones! The scene can either give Belle insight in her future role in life (if he likes them) or embarrass the heck out of her (if he doesn't). Either way, it might make a poignant scene!

Yeah, Freedom is much like Defiance, started off independent but then made a deal with E-Reps. In fact, Amanda Rosewater in one of the Season 1 episodes, during her campaign to stay mayor, she pointed out that many towns have joined the E-Reps. Freedom wouldn't be exempt from them. As for Belle being a celebrity there, if she's a celebrity by the E-Rep's standards in general, there may be some fans in Freedom.

Or Odyessus (sp) might be her #1 fan, since he has just learned to read!

I'll leave that up to you. If you decide that you want him to be a fan, let me know and it shall be.

(3) Is the church non-denominational, or Baptist only. I have in mind that Belle is a lapsed Catholic (being from New Orleans) and maybe why she is the way she is as to sex and feeling guilty about everything. I might explore that angle of her in that setting, so is the reverend still an adreno addict? I want to make sure to be loyal to your concept.

It's non-denominational. The church is used every day of the week by all religions (on Sunday, each of the old world groups is limited to an hour for mass, so that each one can perform their services on "the day of Sabbath").

(4) Do you plan on exploring John Wilson's story? Or is he just the town drunk? If you have plans for him, great, if not I can work with him.

If you'd like to explore John Wilson's story, you're more than welcome to. Like I said, I'm opening this up for all of us to do. But he's mainly someone who's life has been in a downward spiral. Some could label him as the town's drunk (like I said, when he goes on a binge, his "fall off the wagon again" is quite epic).

(5) Any strange critters u have in mind? If not, can I have a combination alligator/shark, or alligator/Boa constrictor or... IDK ! I may have watched too many SYFY movies. I can see one entitled "Sharkgator"! Anyway, I want an alligator/something! - LOL!

I'm open to suggestions, but so far, I've got one, what the townsfolk call 'Sleakers.' A combination of panther and gorillas, and three times as aggressive than the original species. Basically, they came to be because Florida has its fair share of zoos. And when the war hit, the animals escaped from zoos, and when terraforming occurred, the same kind of thing that happened with Pows, Florida got Sleakers. But like I said, more options are open for recommendations. So, if you come up with something, feel free to include them. Hellbugs are also common in the Florida area as well.

It's completely up to you if you want to. Since we're going to be checking at the Delilah Sisters' hotel, you also have the option to take a break and order off the "dinner menu." Since we're going via land instead of sea into Tampa, we're definitely going to need to stock up on everything. Chase only stocked the carrier enough to get to any of the border areas near the Quarantine Zone, so now we'll pack up enough for the trip to and from Tampa.

depending on answers. we may end up with a plot twist. lol im still working on the hole ending theam of this story. and with the way things are going. i want to throw as many twists and turns and random into it as i can befor it comes to an end.

in todays news :: trion worlds is Ddos attacked over the weekend and it continues on into the next week. devs said thay are working on a fix. and players wait pasently till this happens. thats it for the news back over to rose with tonights posts.

Rose:: well jenny it seems that other then the Ddos attack the forum is geting a troll attack as well. and alot of players or holding there tounges and trying not to start a riot over the stupidity that has been brought forth. now onto taffer with the sports

Taffer :: another great night for the defiant hornets thay smashed the leagues over all record of most infected killed in a single round. with a whoping 3000 heads smashed. the judges where outraged when some random female streeked the field and then relised it was just a nude infected. that someone had forgotten to puit clothing on. over to belle with the weather

belle :: its clear skys for tonight guys and gals . it seems that the razor rain aint due till tamara . and even then it would be late after noon by the time we saw it hit its hardest. back to rose with closeing

Well Atlantis was supposed to be off the east coast of Florida not the west coast according to the internet research I just did, and I remember reading somewhere that some people believe that aliens built the pyramids, including the Mayan ones, and the Mayans disappeared mysteriously,long, long ago, and their ruins are on the Gulf of Mexico, so lots of stuff u could link up, and we r writing fiction, so why not!

I just remembered there is a famous Mayan stone carving that looks like a humanoid in a space ship! It's pretty famous, so I know there is probably a copy on the internet. Anyway, the person could Irathian or Casti easily!

I just used Bing and typed in Mayan Astronaut and their are tons of images of stone art depicting humanoid astronaut like figures - who knew!

To me personally, I doubt Atlantis is real and I highly doubt it has to do with aliens. But as we're at Defiance World here, I'm fine with it being real and being an alien civilization or whatever. To keep the continuity, I think they should have been arrived before the Kaziri had then. If we keep its age as roughly 9k B.C., it should be plausible that its an early ship sent to Earth and then the info about the planet was sent back to Votanis (4k years of traveling), and then the Kaziri was sent for terraforming (more 4k years).

I too doubt it was real, but with the terraforming on Earth, I wouldn't be surprised that an island would form off the coast of Florida, and people referred to it as Atlantis.

BTW, almost done writing my Day 2 segment. Will post it sometime tomorrow, be prepared to come up with a game plan to save my rear end.

Belle has a plan to save Chase, just not a very good one! Hope one of you guys will save Belle from herself! LOL!
