The code on the back of the manual is the online pass so you can join friends, create clans etc.

I played for about 3 hours without the code in and no problems, but couldn't do any of the friend/clan stuff. Put in that code and it's all unlocked and I can see my full FL, jump to friends locations, create groups etc.

Usually developers will include the content with the online pass code though. Depending on the edition you get depends on what the code gives you.

2: then unlock the rewards you earned in ark hunter trainning by linking your console and trion worlds accounts:

from the game, open your settings menu and select > link account.
a unique link code will be displayed.

The car is part of your pre-order, not the game itself. Your receipt code should give it to you.
