Horrible launch day... servers down, unlocks not unlocked...

Every game in the history of games has been total **** on launch day. So I'm not surprised that are so many issues. However... most games fix all major issues with in hours of going live.... Or at least get updates from developers or something of the sort.

It's impossible to log into the game currently because "The DEFIANCE servers are offline" Hows come you ask? No one knows because Trion is doing a ****ty job handling this release...

The few short mins I was in game, I had zero access to any and all unlocks I was promised from pre order, ark codes, and the steam tier 3 rewards.

While trying to figure out why any of these issues existed... I just got done sitting in que for 2 hours waiting to talk to someone in live chat only for it to tell me that there weren't any agents available and to try again later...

Fix your **** before you release it...

???? i know they have had issues with eu servers but us is just fine did al arkcodes and through steam got everything have you gone to the claim tab in the store menu

I've inserted all keys on the defiance code page and got nothing. I attempted to do it in game while the game was still up but they didn't work their either.... I would say the bigger issue currently is not even being able to log into the game. You would think that after watching dozens of MMO's crash and burn on launch day they might have gotten it right... and the fact that there is almost no feed back from devs or GM's or anyone at Trion is incredibly frustrating.

Same arkfall code problem here as well, my gamestop dlc did not go in as well, yet I saw someone with a dodge challenger a few moments ago in game...??? Maybe that's what the emergency fix is for though hopefully.

You can find your bonus items in game through the store interface. There is an option at the bottom of the menu that says I think "Claim items" or something similar. It will have a number denoting the amount of freebies you have coming your way. You click on that sucker and you can unwrap your goodies one by one.

It makes me smile that yesterday I played for about 10 hours even though the game was not supposed to be live and on launch day it don't work!

Oh yea, I saw dozens of people running around with the challenger, and the titles and outfits and stuff from all the pre game crap... if you got it right with some people why isn't it working for the rest of us? For the love of god... reply to any of the hundreds of threads out there so we know what is going on...
