What to do with blue weapon?

Hi guys, I'm a new player and just wondering what to do with blue weapon? sell it to vendor? and how about purple weapon sell it to vendor too?

Use them. Use as many weapons as you can until you've mastered them. Keep the ones you really like and sell the ones you don't. Be careful about getting rid of purples though, as some are very good and other players may pay you more scrip for them than the in-game venders will. Get rid of older weapons as you get newer ones that you like better. Repeat.

Depends on what you need. Breaking down gives you ark salvage, selling gives you scrip. Ark salvage is used in venders for lock boxes, and in the salvage matrix for modding, remastering, etc. Scrip is used in venders for lock boxes, and is basically the in-game currency. Things are bought and sold for scrip.

Breaking down = salvage

salvage = keys

keys = Teir 4 lockbox

lockbox = legendary weapons

Got 3 legendaries yesterday from Teir 4 boxes.....

Firstly: you need to decide what you need - Scrip or Salvage. Yes, Salvage = keys which turns to Lockboxes, but you need Scrip to buy the Lockboxes also... Just starting out, this can become an issue, but, if you have a few K Scrip, best go with Salvaging *AFTER* mastering the weapon.

Lockboxes: Its really your choice, Tier-3 or Tier-4... You have to know what the differences are. T4 are 4 items (no less then Blue rarity), 1 of these items has an increased chance to be a Charge Blade, and is the only Lockbox that contains Blades... T3 boxes hold no lower then Green rarity, and dont have Blades in them.


Also, the cost of 3 T3 boxes is roughly the same as 1 T4 box... So, 72 Keys for 3 T3's (9 items) vs 64 Keys for 1 T4 (4 items).

The Scrip value for the 2 differs as well: The cost of 1 T3 box (if converting Salvage) is 5k Scrip (for comparison, 3 T3's costs 14K, but you should end up with 8 Keys left over). While a T4 is 10K Scrip (with 6 Keys leftover).
