    I hope the battle will be TOugh. Tough just to frustrate us EARNING the loot. Arkfall is just a quickie ever since with all the numbers of players out there. Enemies just not scaled ENough.

    ANyhow.....DLC 2 Blog looks really interesting and I am looking forward to it.

    And something to note....

    You already told us that it was just a single mission line to get the device to call down arkfalls, why play it up like it's more than it really is? you did this last time and got called out for it, are you trying to repeat history?

    Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?

    There's a reason I stopped asking about it. Every single week it's the same song and dance, I've given up on them ever properly fixing the chat system. It's not like it's an intensive part of the game, there's no excuse for it. Thankfully we have teamspeak.

    New Area? Bigger map?

    Did a quick glance and this was something that irked me with the first DLC... Are we getting a bigger play area? And not just some generic underground tunnels please

    As long as the arkfalls are NEW areas, not pieces of co-op maps, nim fight and other random stuff.


    That will 100% kill this DLC for me....

    Yesterday for some reason my chat was working much better than usual. The little window was updating almost properly (as in, it was dropping maybe one in 20 messages, but was otherwise working right). Today it's back to broken. I wonder if they were running tests to finally fix it.

    Also, being able to sell / break all non-fav items is going to be great. I'll just hold off on using that feature for a few days, just in case it doesn't work as intended, heh...

    Seriously? So even if arkfall interiors are hugely fun to play, but reuse assets (which they probably do, given what we've been shown), you'll just consider that they suck?

    I'm curious about the re-playable missions. Does that mean that we'll be able to replay any storyline mission that we've already completed, and that they'll now be co-op-capable? It would be pretty cool to grab a few friends and hop in to fight Nim whenever you feel like it.

    a 20 man boss fight....... AWESOME ....... just one question ...... is there even a clan with 20 people who play left in defiance?

    I've been in 2 different "gaming organizations" whom both represented multiple games, that both left Defiance since launch.
    I have a 5000 ego character who has done 104/105 pursuits. I seldom log in anymore as there is literally nothing for me to do.
    I don't see many folks on or running around very often and i do vendor hop checking for newer weapons with more bonus rolls then the ones i painstakingly collected and expensively modified since launch < how Wonderfully fulfilling that is eh? ../sarcasm "
    I do look forward to defiance becoming a better, more fun game to spend time in with Scott at the helm of trion. We've already seen new info and things moving better since he is in charge. Being all that i have went thru since alpha testing till now playing defiance, i felt my question is valid...... its not a poke at trion , its a bigger question ... how is defiance going to make it so we want to be grouped in large clans, doing things together vs how its been thus far with poor chat, broken game things, exploiting contest winners < not all, but most >, 6 months of working on weapons to have them all become inferior to new stuff < this happens in most MMO's, you raid or grind to aquire the new level of gear, but that does not apply to defiance and we were all let down by the lack of changes to current weapons when the changes went live > SO, how is defiance going to continue to become a fun game again? I know they are working on this, i am still hopeful , but i am not very optimistic. My 2 cents worth!
