Changed password, still not entitled to play, help please

been waiting for this game for a while, bought my key from cdkeyhouse.com for 40$, been looking for customer support for live chat but it wont work when i click :/

Last night I was trying to download prior to release so I would be ready. I bought directly from Trion in Feb. So I was not happy that the patcher said I was not allowed access. As suggested in the forum, I changed the password, but the patch then said the password was wrong even though I could log into Trion site with it. Changed password again to original password and re-downloaded and it worked just fine. So you might want to try changing your password back to what it was before. Also someone said server will be down in a few minutes for a while, so you may need to wait before you can get access.
