Patch notes for 11/22! Come and read 'em.

Hey guys,

You may notice that the patch notes aren't deployed in the launcher of the game after today's patch. We're working on fixing that, but in the meantime I wanted to make sure everyone knew what was in the hotfix and got to look at the notes - so I'm posting a link to them in a much more visible place.

Release Date: 11/22/2013 @ 10 AM PST / 11/22/2013 6 PM GMT

• The ego power Decoy now behaves more reasonably when airborne or on unusual terrain. Enterprising ark hunters are no longer able to use the decoy teleport to leave the game world.
• Charge blades now behave as expected after exiting a ladder or reviving; the blade must be drawn and a full swing taken in order to deal damage. No longer will our Arkfalls be tormented by charge blade griefers!
• Damage Reduction – Players can only benefit from one damage reduction source each from shields, perks, and weapons. Players will be under the effects of a maximum of three damage resistance effects: one from shields, one from weapons, and one from perks. Each of these sources will pick the best damage resistance.
  • Known Issue: The Spanner Protector does not provide damage resistance at this time.
• The Diablo Oil plague siege has been updated to prevent stalls on Stage 1.
• Weapon mastery bonuses will now be granted to weapons which were in your claim items window on log off. Additionally, weapons with invalid or missing masteries will be replaced with valid ones.

• The LEGEND_OF_DEFIANCE achievement once again unlocks properly. Please contact Customer Service if you had previously unlocked all other achievements and LEGEND_OF_DEFIANCE did not unlock for you.

Because they NEEDED to do something that would actually get people to spend bits for stuff regularly. Nobody says YOU have to, so don't if you don't want to. I sure won't.

As far a money grab goes this is not bad or even a blip on the radar when it comes to all things considered bad. Now Borderlands 2 releasing DLC packs to buy just to raise the level cap is bad.
