Gondolf knew how to porposly do it and wanted to show chilipino, but chilipino ignored his messeges. It can be that you are doing something by accident and getting that damage resistance. I could be wrong but I don't think ts on accident because you have it every time you PvP.
Ahhh, well thanks for the innocent before proven guilty, and yes, I've been playing the same build for ages, cause other than pvp, there's not much this game has to offer now, and when I was building a pvp build I went for the tank options, which is a pretty obvious move. So how about I try a different build, what perks would you like me to not have? It feels pretty lame though to have to go change my build cause people reckon I'm using some glitch, also pretty poor from the dev's that this should even be possible.

I don't know what causes it but its not your build so changing it will do nothing. Other people have used your build and don't get close to the resistances you get. I could be wrong but I think you know what's causing it, if you do please tell trion so they can fix it.

Ok, so if it's not my build then that would have to mean it's the items I have. How do I let them know? PM dahanese?

What I want to know is how you can head shot someone 4x with a Legendary ego 2,000 EMC Sniper Rifle, and not even show a hit indicator....

I think that is the question everyone wants answered - glitch? bug? hack? clever use of in-game mechanics?

None of the above. It's latency issues. There's such a thing that allows you to increase your own connectivity while at the same time decreasing others. It's measured through Ping tests or some such nonsense.. Anywho, it's basically a guy walking around with a big lag circle around him. He's not affected by the lag, but everyone else is. They think they're shooting him, but he's really 2 or 3 feet forward, or backward, or to the side, than he really is. You just haven't seen him move yet because your connection isn't running as fast as his is. Things like this run rampant through old shooters, like WaW and the first MW, the first Battlefield BC, KZ2, etc. I wouldn't call it a glitch or a bug, as it is something that the player intentionally puts into the game and controls, not something already in the game. I don't think it's a hack either, as hacks generally tend to give infinite health, or shields, or powers, or ammo, or any number of other things, but there is no such thing as giving infinite lag. You can give infinite disconnects by running Botnet DDoS attacks though. But in all technicality, that's not hacking something; it's bombarding something with so many requests that it can't process and run. Maybe it can be considered an exploit? Hell, who even cares about the terminology?

What you just described, with the big lag circle, sounds more like lag-switching to me. And that has to be a client-ran server issue, if I'm not mistaking. Like what was happening on CoD BO2.

As other people pointed out it's probably latency for this. I had this happen a few times with my VOT Fragger. After this happens for me the whole game starts to become very laggy. It also could be the other person doing it intentionally, but haven't seen that on the PC yet.

Yes! Twas the same stuff that happened when BO2 came out. BO2 servers were absolute friggin monarch shtako when they first hit, and it actually wasn't all Treyarchs fault there.
