no pre-order bonuses or arkfall code rewards

played through tutorial, nothing in inventory.....continuing to play an hour later....still nothing is there a catch to receiving my rewards and bonuses or is everything jacked? i understand complaining is annoying but this stuff should be setup prior to launch and should work without a hitch so save your "its launch theres gonna be bugs" speech please. any relatable feedback is appreciated

OKAY FOR ANYBODY HAVEING A ISSUE WITH GETTING YOUR PRE ORDERS BOUNS AND ARKFALL ASWELL

you have to go to defiance store which you hit the back button then hold the LT Then go to store

THEn YOU GO DOWN TO CLAIM ITEMS..

if you're missing pre-order bonuses, you can contact trion for support, just send a ticket and wait.
not a bad idea to check to see if there was a code you hadn't typed in the to trion account manager, since pre-order items should be on a second code key

Not sure what system you're playing on, but I'm on PS3 and I had to log on, link my account, then log off and log back in. All my stuff was waiting for me on my second log-in.
