Okay, just tested. Completing the arena quest line does not unlock the Arkbreaker quest line. So it has to be disabled or has an ego/quest requirement.

Well now that iv experimented wit the UI seems pointless doing anything else unless a dev comes on and confirms if they will activate arkspikes or not.
Going to bed. There's nothing else I can test with the DLC, we didn't receive our outfits, the daily/weekly rewards were lackluster. We can't get ark spike batteries to call down arkfalls. Stims and spikes are decent enough. The grenade system is just terrible.
All these scrip sinks yet I noticed guns still sell for the same amount and scrip rewards are still just as crappy.
From appearances, the paid portion of the DLC wasn't even activated yet. Kind of disappointing.
