Pre-order got you the car, you have to buy new car for different colors.

you could but i have not yet found the file in the game directory for this
kinda like in W.O.T. chaning / making new skins but they WILL NOT BE SEEN INGAME it would only be on your PC
somone let me know where they are and ill see what i can comeup with

Tampering with the games files is a sure way to earn a ban.

Not sure if it is intended but my runner was randomly changing colours last time I was on. After a couple of steep climbs and jumps off the other side of hills it would change colour.
