There is a distinct difference between kindness and politeness. You can be both, one or the other, or neither. I feel it's easier to be polite than it is to be kind in most situations that push me to the point of unkindness. I'm very laid back however, so those instances are few and far between. Can't say the same for certain others that prowl these forums.

otoh, I can spend 10 minutes typing something out that you either wont bother to read, maybe you wont even come back to the forum at all. And if you do read it you might decide I'm full of shtako and discount everything I have to say.
OR: YOU could take those same 10 minutes and use the forum and/or Google and figure it out by reading more than I can type in that time.
It's not a case or question of me being cynical or rude. I've already got thousands of posts and many of them already outline how things work, how I feel, or things I've seen and know and commented on. That's a lot of time I've already spent documenting and discussing. I answer newbs questions again and again in the game.

I even cite chapter and verse at times to websites with complete details, and youtube vids like Grimwyrd put up explaining how synergy works. And 10 minutes later they're asking again, getting incorrect speculation from other newbs and advising other people with incorrect info.
To whom it may concern: Take 10 minutes of your time, for a change.
Some of us get tired answering the same questions that are surprisingly often on the first or second page of this very forum.
In closing, Yoda, I *have* enjoyed talking to you in game.

It isn't so much about the content, really. The Paradise Territories hold a lot of fun and adventure for those who seek it in the right way.
Sure, things may not have changed by way of content or things released or whatever but Defiance DOESN'T have to be boring or drudgery.
On the XBL NA servers, The Dawn Patrol has found new ways to enjoy the Defiance experience and to enjoy our time with each other, which is what MMO gaming is all about. And Dawn Patrol isn't the only group doing it! This forum and community is working to keep Defiance ALIVE for everyone, from the casual player on up to the launch-day Ark Hunter Dedicated.
If You want to find a good group to re-enter Paradise with and start finding fun again, You have come back to the right place!
