Again, you're misdirecting an excuse. This time blaming it being a weekend. What you're being contended over is that you:
1. Make a statement of when/how/what in regards to something.
2. It doesnt come to fruition.
3. You then use other reasons, people, excuses for it. Anything except yourself and not seeking, after 8 months of the same pattern, to not have it repeat.
Issues with community rep statements: blame any one, ex EP Nathan, ex CM Sledge, your own boss and CEO Scott, etc. Never you. You made the statements. You take the responsibility and accepted the position of being in charge of yourself and those under you for the community communication(now boasting it as being a director of global communication) but again, they're all to blame and every other circumstances as well.
Its just comes across unprofessional and disingenuous.
