Attain, Kainen, and Havik can send clan invites. Attain has the ability to promote, so you'll have to wait for Attain to promote people from recruit to at least members so they can send invites.

I use vent if we decide to use a voice, also friend I know who will want to join, has a vent server so all we would have to do is download vent and put in info to use it if no one else has the vent server.
