I'm having a hard time choking down the idea that the database caused an additional 4 hours of downtime. I'm not trying to troll either. I have some IRL experience with databases (of many kinds) and it just doesn't add up that any "glitch" would cause an additional 4 hours unless you hosed something like the inventory table. Even at that, I can't imagine the table would be larger than a few gigs which means a meaty-okra NOC system should be able to process a scripted repair in a few mins -- not hours
