The vast majority of the update to DLC #2 is now complete. However, we are still in the process of completing the grenade conversion. At this time, we are extending another ** 2 hours ** until 8PM PST / 4AM GMT to ensure that this task has an adequate amount of time to process.

Obviously would have been too much trouble to tell us earlier, some of us are in Europe waiting up to 2am. Superb consideration for the customers. Hopefully it will be up by the end of the week.

They should have done the update overnight last night, when its night time in most of America. The update will be released at 11 here. They will barely make it. I haven't lost hope.

its 9:20p.m. here in GA. that means its 6:20 PST they said it will be up by then???? i just paid for the game yesterday. spent all night with the last patch now a new one that i spent updating but cant login. please give updated ETA on service. i love the show and the game live up to it.

This is so typical of Trion.

Not only can they not stick to a schedule, they apparently comprehend the passage of time, 'approximately 4 hours downtime'.......nearly 12 hours frackin' later and they still won't have not got their act together.

Sorry if I seem a tad upset, but having been waiting nearly all day for this dlc, this takes the biscuit, the mug of coffee and the box of chocolates.

Since the thread was closed before I had the chance to answer, here's my response.

If only they had actually listened to ANYONE who played the "alpha" Servers. Now called PTS. We wouldn't be in this mess.

They listened on the guns (or so they said ) i don't know how much of a difference my complaints made in that regard, dahanese said they went back and changed some things with them to make them better.

They listened when we said the boss was weak and they buffed it twice.

But when it comes to the main issue, they refused to answer any real questions or concerns about it and avoided them like the plague. Even the live stream with ktam, they avoided the issue.
