Alright, so you're saying that it's okay to silence pissed off consumers? I think there's multitudes of folks who would disagree with you -- if they weren't prepared to deal with an onslaught and outright flood of people's pissed off-ness, then they shouldn't have forums to begin with that supposedly allow free speech.

Just because there's already one thread made and insanely off-topic, doesn't mean the other consumers and customers shouldn't be heard: they have a right, too, to post a thread of their choice. It isn't foot stomping and chest pounding-- it's expression. And it very well should be allowed.
