I don't know where the 3x number comes from. I believe he's referring to the ultimag's ability to basically proc it's nano 100% when charged. Maybe the 3x is the number of times you can stack it and not the multiplier of damage (which seems to be what I saw when trying it out).Originally Posted by twitch reflex

If its about procing your better off with an accelerated surge it shoots 16 bullets fully charged and has a high chance of getting a proc. Most people already use toxic anyways so I don't think getting a weapon just to get a proc is worth it. The thorn liro surge bolter is already toxic and procs almost every time.
Edit: maybe the extralife pistol can add to the toxic damage buff since it procs both poop shoes and toxic at the same time. I have not tested it but it might read it as a seperate nano and might stack with toxic.
A combination of a radiation surge-bolter and the perk "Insult to Injury" (6% effect chance on crit) would seem like it would be effective.
it is so sad that after almost a year the PC version still has such hard-to-use text chat. as seen in this youtube, how in the stako do we replay to someone or post in group fast (such as in Rift?) Trion?
