Its the Warmasters right arm the one he hangs from. If your facing him it would be the left side of the screen.

A coordinated group effort by experienced players using the right weapons and tactics, can kill him by shooting the left arm... that's all I'm sayin.

It's frickin preference! It's not about who is right, and who is wrong.

You are simply factually wrong about the number of perks. Sucker Punch is literally almost as far removed as possible requiring almost the max number of perks for a player to bridge from Overcharge to it. Talking about unlocking Cloak and Overcharge is a complete Straw Man.

Players will build out around their first EGO power for the most efficient build for it because that's the most effective approach for making a good build with it for the overwhelming majority of the game content. That means taking perks that don't bridge over from one to the other corner such as the ones that increase EGO power duration and reduce EGO recharge time.

When you talk about effective Cloak and Overcharge builds for the game you only reaffirm the practical reality that players that can utilize the back loadout are going to have to have lots of perk points because they'll be bridging out from one to the other on the EGO grid and picking their surrounding EGO perks in a way that makes builds practical for general PvE and PvP over getting to Gunslinger and Sucker Punch as early as possible to the detriment of their ability to play the rest of the game.

That means they aren't simply going to use one perk point in each perk to reach the next one. They'll spend the full perk points in many of the perks in between such as Preparedness, Overload, Regeneration and Shadowed Strike, and will bridge over into perks like Killing Spree to gain access to Stealth long before they ever consider placing perks into Gunslinger or Sucker Punch.

Im not wrong your are just not understanding, yeah its in the corner but because cloak is unlocked you can acces without going through other perks. Again i think you are confused and think theres a need to bridge a lot of perks to unlock overcharge when you dont. When you enter the codes you will have access the scavenger perk and there is no need to bridge from cloak to overcharge. You need a total of 3 points to access both cloak and overcharge you dont have to bridge the gap. First point goes into cloak then the next into thick skinned then overcharge.

I understand now but that doesn't change the situation if the player chooses Overcharge first. Even if they choose Cloak first that still doesn't change the fact that they may want to fill out other perks in the Cloak tree first. On top of that many new players don't even pick either of these two EGO powers first. (I picked Decoy.) In general players don't start off the game by studying the Warmaster and planning their EGO grid build out based on being able to do their best against one boss in a DLC. They simply pick an EGO power that appeals to them and build out from there in a way that seems to deal well with the general game. That's simply the reality of how it unfolds so you can talk about how in theory a player with less EGO perk points can make the loadout but it's not going to play out that way for many if not most of them. They are going to need lots of perk points because of the choices they make in playing the rest of the game and which EGO powers appeal to them most.

You can always respect and if a new player does not use effective perks or ego powers does not matter wether he is shooting the back or right arm because the same argument could be used to against the right arm since their are perks and ego powers more effective to shoot the right arm.

Unless a player is going to distribute perks points in an otherwise extremely inefficient way, minimally, they're going to need to have an EGO rating around 1,000 and that's only if they're a player that doesn't do pursuits which as a practical matter isn't possible for many of the pursuits unless the player has been completely avoiding huge chunks of the game content. Realistically we're speaking about players with an EGO rating well over a thousand or even 2,000 depending on what they like to do the rest of their time in the game.
Everyone should have the free Scavenger unlock from the arkfall codes. This allows you to pick one of the lower ego abilities first (like cloak), and grab overchage with one in thickskinned. A very easy way to get across the board fast with low ego.

I just wanted to post this
My EGO 119 toon score with an EGO 64 green Tachmag Pulser and the first mission Wolfhound you get (also green), no spikes and stims: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...nce/ally02.jpg

and this is the EGO power/perk setup (3 perk slots availible that's why scavenger is equipped):

Which I think means that EVERYONE should be able to do at least 1mill damage.
