    Did you guys try turning it off and then on?

    I am absolutely serious. My wife's brother manages servers for a living, once spent 16 hours on call trying to figure out something in this realm only to turn it off, and then on and the problem was resolved. =| Sometimes, it is that simple.

    What company does your BROTHER-IN-LAW (term for your wife's brother, btw) work for? Because I want to make sure to never do business with them. Error: eye-dee-ten-tee right there.
