    The "multiple" workarounds are ONE workaround.

    This "workaround" does not work but for a small group of those affected.... Trion really does need to address this issue. They have had since mid beta to do so, yet ignored it. So it really is not wrong to expect someone form Trion to address this on the forums now.

    exactly. the techs aren't going to be here to deal with it, do you expect them to have one guy to go over to them every 5 minutes asking for progress updates?

    Ironic, I was thinking the same about your posts.

    This issue does need to be addressed, if no one posts then Trion does not see they need to address the issue. So the more posts the better (since Trion does not read minds)...

    Do you know what a Forum team is.... What their job is I mean.... How many other online company's have a whole team, hell even multiple teams dedicated to being on the forums.

    I think anyone familiar with Rifts development and launch can easily admit their was loads more interaction between the developers and community. I didn't end up playing Rift, but the customer service really made me wish I did. That says something.

    I'm not seeing nearly the same level of interaction here. I feel bad for the community team; they are either understaffed and swamped or being held on a leash. Some development teams are like that, however. It really depends on the management and their opinions of allocating time and resources to locations like the forums.

    In my opinion it's a mistake, but that isn't going to matter to the person making the big decisions.

    NO there are 23000 posts on the same issue because no one is getting their fingers out of their rear ends and attempting to a communicate with us and b fix this crap

    What information do you want, that you aren't getting? If you want to know why there's no info for the 120hz issue, it's because they don't have any information yet. Would you rather they posted "the techs are investigating the issue next week after they resolve the connectivity and lag issues"?

    If you're complaining about the lack of pre-order items in your account, submit another ticket. The GMs are swamped right now and doing their best, sometimes they'll miss something. People make mistakes, and despite what some people may think, they are human and deserve to be treated with the same respect you expect from them. It isn't their fault there are problems with account entitlements.

    I'm betting a fair chunk of the "forum team" has been reassigned to GM support right now.
