I do not like the grenade changes because the old grenades had different stats, which allows for a variety of tactics.

In PVP, once in a while I'll drop a grenade with a .5 det time at my feet while running, and anyone following gets a surprise.

Now, everyone has the exact same grenade, with the exact same det time - everyone knows when they see another player what is coming their way.

In PVE, I didn't notice much of a change. I went into a minor calldown arkfall, then threw frag grenades at the volge in between shooting. I used the bio grenades and pyro grenades exactly like the pre-patch because of waiting for the damage over time effect to wear off.

buying all orenge gernades 1k scrip each get rid of your trash while you can. becuse in 6 days THERE ALL USELESS MUAHAHAHAHAAH

sereusly note though. i dont mind the change as much as others. let the devs screw the pootch and mess up there game. in the end thay lose a few duzzen hand full of players that compolan and hate change. and keep all the noob or vets that in the end dont care.

for the most part. there going to lose most there ps3 and xbox 360 players anyway due to them going next gen.

oh and i was serius about buying ornge nades. id like to buy an orenge cluster. seeing as there all going to hell in a hand bag ill offer 10k for it

After reading the draft notes, it's going to change to what the developers want come Hell, high water, or low tide and it doesn't matter what the players want or say.

...instead of the infinite amount you had before now you only get 5 grenades, which you still have to wait between throws to use, then you have to hope that you get a grenade drop for a refill after you use them all up, and then when you do get a grenade refill drop, you have to hope thats its the grenade type you're using.

What should happen, if Trion is sticking to specific grenade refill drop, is that you get a 'Grenade Loadout' when you click on the grenade slot in your character screen. The 'Grenade Loadout' has 3 grenade slots that lets you choose up to 3 grenade types to carry with you on that loadout allowing a total of 15 grenades on hand. That'll allow players more tactical flexibilty, which will help out with the Damage Resistence nerf, and a better chance of getting grenade refill drops that they can use, instead of simplying waiting for a Grenade A refill or Grenade B refill etc. to drop.

For example:

1. Frag+Stun+Pyro Loadout
If you use up all of your Frag then switch to your Stun or Pyro and pick up Frag refills when you find them, if you're out of Frag and Pyro don't worry you still have Stun to use.

The loadout allows you to continue to support your attacks with grenades and allow a higher chance to get usable grenade refill drops by increasing the 1 in 6 chance of getting the right drop to a 1 in 2 possibility. The loadout also gives your character tactical flexibility with quick access to different grenade types that would be better suited for different circumstances, pop a Stun or Pyro to keep enemies preoccupied while you retreat instead of using a Frag that only temporarily stuns any survivors or attack a large group with Frag, hose them down with your weapon and then pop a Pyro to finish them off while you reload and recover health and shield.

2. Frag+Frag+Frag Loadout
Or you can just load up on the same grenade type allowing a total of 15 grenades and 3 times the amount of time to find the appropriate grenade refill drops.

3.Cluster+Cluster+Bio Loadout
Or a little bit of both.
