ok after its has check the patches i get critical, the defiance service is not available. please try later. its the same as its been all day for me

I get this immediatly after it says connecting to server. restarted my xbox deleted all patches and redownloaded them. still nothing

I tried reboot, reinstall, running game from disk, run game from hard drive.

Still nothing

For xbox360: After pressing start it tries to connect to servers but sends me back to the start menu with a critical error message "the defiance service is not available. Please try again later." At 2 pm EST

same problems as you lot are having so is my friend also please try and get this sorted because i cannot return the game as i have opened the case as the new rules are at game pffffft should of waited and seen what the forums had to say but like a doooosh i couldn't wait to play your game my own fault i guess

You know what sucks about this friends who weren't going to get the game before I talked them into it last night and didn't pick it up till this morning are playing where as I myself who pre ordered the ultimate from gamestop and standard from walmart so I could get it right at release can't some how this doesn't seem even remotely right.
