Can someone tell me where and how I purchase these? I could not find them in the store.

You must complete the main DLC quest line to be able to purchase them from the vendors. You also get one a day from your daily reward and 1 a week from your weekly reward (if you have the DLC)

At least three major ark breaks today, spend a battery, disco fevah when it's time to go inside.

Oh well.

Maybe the patch right now will fix that. 'Cause it is a lot of fun when you are able to play.

i'd spam them with exploit reports... "these guys hacked your servers to run my ark break instance" until trion finally got tired of reading said reports and fixed it.

Same has happened to me, used a battery as part of a major, cleared enemies outside only to get inside to the last 2 minutes of a clearly understaffed battle. Haven't been even close to beating him yet, but also have only been able to get the full fight on a handful of occasions. Also seen it happen to clan mates where they used batteries and ended up in instances that had already been going a number of minutes. 10k is a pretty expensive gamble on these new lotto batteries.
