To be clear, I traded Moe the respark reloader ark for a tacmag and a vbi ar. I originally got the shield from him since I couldn't come to a trade agreement with its original owner. He knew I wanted it and provided a service to me, yet again. I wanted a chance to get it back but there were no prior agreements but just me stating I would try to get it back if I could. I most likely have lost it but I got two great weapons for it and am satisfied with this and all other trades with Moe.
