Can you/How do you trade items with other players?

Just the title pretty much my friend and I couldn't figure a way to trade in beta didn't know if it had changed for launch.

Since their is a pursuit for trading items to a friend I think we can. I have not seen how yet.

How to trade in Defiance:

1. Make sure you and your friend and close to eachother (5-10m, not 1-2 km).
2. Hit left Ctrl and click nearby, then your friends name and then at last "Trade".
3. A trade window will come up, select the items you wish to trade or give the person.
4. Click Accept/Confirm Trade.
And you are done.
