Not gaining any more xp

Hi All,

I recently hit EGO 3510, and since then, no matter what I do, I have not gotten any additional XP. I have completed missions, contracts, major and minor arkfalls, and nothing. I seem to be permanently stuck at 3510 ego rating. I have done zero hotshots, timed missions, or pvp. Is this ego cap by design?? Thanks in advance.

yes that is the design when your ego perk grid is finally filled up you gain no more xp they only way to get ego after that is to do all the other things you didnt do , the time trials hot shots etc and the pursuits which also include things invovling the dlcs and add ons

That's all right.
Defiance was designed not to be finishable by grinding.
You will have to max out weapon levels and do most assignments.
