why my arkfall codes are not working

i dont know why but i linked my account and everything and my bonuses for doing the ark fall codes are not working and i would like to know how to fix this

I am having the same problem did you resolve this?

press start

Hold left trigger and go to defiance store

then at the bottom is "claimed" and should be all your junk

I had to sign out of the game then sign back in...as soon as i spawned in it started saying i unlocked everything...then you have to go to the in-game store (start + L2) then there will be a claim section right above redeem codes.

I also have 120 ark fall codes however, claimed items is at 0 I should not I have linked my account.

mine did the same thing ....sign out for like 5 mins then try again

I used my code but i haven't received any rewards

you have to link your account to console, and exit the game, log back in go to defiance store in game and under claim you will see all your arkfall codes rewards
