I cant speak to deluxe edition as I only bought the standard through steam. When I first bought it there was only 2 codes, yesterday the 3rd showed up and after that was input then all my steam pre-order goodies were in my 'claim items' thingy.
People may want to double check that there isn't a new code up if they ordered through steam. not getting it directly from Trion is an issue I can't speak to.
Well, my problem is a bit different.
I bought the digital deluxe, and when I logedin, the items i add in the store for me where from the standard edition.
You can only claim your items once you have completely the training mission. once you're in the zone with the crashed stratocarrier you can open the bits store and check the claim window. If there's nothing there, you'll need to submit a ticket with trion support. It will take a while for them to resolve, but they'll handle it soon. I got mine this morning no problem.
Lets hope they fix thise, so i can get the stuff i paid for.
they will, they fixed mine, they'll fix yours, it may just take time since they're overloaded in the support area right now.
