I have mostly late night and early mornings available on the weekends.
Due to my work schedule I can't put in "hardcore" style hours.

Also, currently no mic and with a ps4 on the horizon I'm not sure if it would be worth it to me.

Unlike Xbox all ps3 accessories are compatible with ps4,

You can use ANY USB headset (one for a computer)
or ANY Bluetooth (one from your cellphone?)

If interested in Passport2hell (adult only clan w/ mics)
That said if you can acquire one of these Passport2hell would welcome you in.

Whatever MIC you choose setup is very easy, on the PS menu (XMB) goto Settings, Accessory settings, (Manage bluetooth devices if using bluetooth), audio settings, select the mic you want to use and press OK
