Bumping again as we had a patch, and it wasn't fixed in it.
I'm thinking they broke something about proximity spawning in relations to quests, as both this and the Miner Tracking seem to be suffering from the same proximity spawn bug, yet apparently once worked.
Obviously the fix would be the same as they used on the S2E3 Miner Tracking bit, but as they've not fixed it, I can only assume they are not aware, so we may need to find a better avenue to garner their attention.
We'll continue to look into the Side Mission Easy as Fila, Kama, Dunya! However, with Digging up Miners did you already drop, and re-pick up the Mission since the recent update?
Yeah, like I said, they fixed that one. Works fine now.
This new one (Easy as Fila, Kama, Dunya) has what seems to be an identical issue, but has not yet been fixed.
I suspect all quests that use the prox spawn function have been affected.
hi! i'm here for searching the fix for this problem cause my boyfriend and me we stuck in this side mision. No one appears. No work for logout, logoff... etc.
What can we do?

I had a few hours or so to kill on this issue, and tried some good ol' testing.
1. Tried exactly 50 aborts/restarts. No luck
2. Teleported to 9 friends, 3 per area, per phase. Nope. (Though circles became white)
3. Entered exactly 10 shadow wars and tried 5 while active, 5 after leaving. Nuh-uh.
4. Finally noticed there is an event very close to the quest giving point....tried 2 methods, finishing the event, then accepting the quest, but that failed. HOWEVER. Accepting the quest FIRST, then resolving the emergency, the Fila, Kama, and Dunya units all showed up and were eliminitated with extreme force. Lol
Please try, please confirm.

Yes that fix it...accept quest ..clear all the emergencies around and then 2 snipers and one trooper on each location will appear..
hey cuba if you wait for the server reset and go straight to the mission you should be able to do this mission I did it after the server reset after I had been trying all other options, just a lil idea to try for ya

I'll let the team know this new info, thanks! Anyone who hasn't, if you see that the Easy As Fila Kama Dunya mission is not working, please submit a bug report.
