i went in and fought him with a volge battle rifle and a ground pounder -- i did 700k damage.

so i put a burst mag on the volge rifle, and feathered it like you would a heavy ar with a burst mag. it doesnt feather as fast as a heavy, but if you get the timing down, it is almost like you are shooting two shots at once -- first round after i equipped the burst mag i did 1.4 million damage, and the wm was at a hair of health left when it ended. i did over a mill damage every time after that except for one when i got there and there was only 4 minutes left -and i still did 700k dmg in that one. this bastard will fall tonight

I don't think Volge weapons are a good choice. Or any AOE weapon except the groundpounder. You will break the ice faster with a rep vendor LMG or extralife LMG or techmag.

there seem to be more than a few schools of thought on this. thus far i have tried everything that has been suggested, and have come closer to beating it with the volge rifle and a ground pounder, than with my heavy ar and 6.2 crit wolfhound.

i also didnt think volge weapons would be a good choice -- then i noticed i can crit hit him for massive dmg when he is hanging even with the crystal on.

Please, let's not start a bunch of drama and make this into something it's not. Anyone is welcome to get on this list, and I have provided multiple tools to help people do that. I encourage every single player to get on here and post their 1mil+ pics. If they can't get 1 mil yet then I encourage them to get with me and/or read my guide so I can help them do that - because the more players we have over 1 mil+ the more this boss will die.

Good idea, but... Tough for Console users to do this. time and effort, and whos got that? lol

Also, the damage outside counts as well i assume, so some numbers can be misleading. Perhaps theres a way to straighten that out also. (Some kind of Honor System where the player does 0 damage what-so-ever outside and focuses on WM only... but then the lies rain down lol)
