Ultimate/Collector's Edition Codes

So I picked up my Ultimate edition this morning and have yet to find a way to get or even use the bonus DLC or find my season pass. Please help as no codes were in my packaging.

I think it's the other way around. Because I'm still waiting for my ultimate edition (season pass) code to work, and that's on the back of the instruction booklet. Sony rep said the PSN store will update later and the code will work. As of right now, you get an invalid message.

if the PSN is sayin that about the code entry it wont work store updates with defiance on it. at least thats been my experience in the past.

Enter the code through the "Redeem Code" area under Account Management (outside of the game)
