Why do siege cap points spooge over when there are no afflicted at them?

When you aren't at the point, 3 zomboids take it over. Then they all move on to the next one.

Once you finally kill all the migrating zomboids, you've still got their booty calls to clean up...

I'm not sure there is any benefit to capturing those points anymore, except for them being zombie magnets when you have control of them.

The points per second bonus was removed, and you'll still get a cappoint attack bonus if you kill the enemy within close enough range of the point. The bonus points aren't worth a whole lot either (Killing a Flailer solo gets you 150 points or 170 points if it's in cappoint range, an Elite Trembler is 1200 points or 1360 if within range). If you're at an afflicted siege, there's not much motivation to recapture the points anymore IMO.

I was completely unaware of this.

I tend to glance at the score on occasion just to verify whether I'm dead yet, or not, while playing.
I was duel wielding couriers in A/B slots as before but ended up aprox 10K below my score from the previous day at the same point. I was wondering how/why I had so thoroughly forgotten how to play in so short a time... It's not like I should have needed to be retrained so soon.

ya like i said earlyer to keep " on topic " it could also be the inviso bills that like to wounder around the battle field. but as a few others are saying it could be the lovely little walkers are spooging up the others and then migrating to you. thay do move slower then normel undead zombies of other apocolips . .... kind of sad....
