I entered the code for my item and I downloaded it on the dashboard. I linked my account and everything. Do I just have to wait for the item to appear now, since apparently the transaction is still pending like 30-45 minutes after I entered the code? Or am I doing something wrong?

log out then log back in and go to claim rewards

It told me my XBL account was locked from making purchases. I think it just may be glitchy right now. Just gotta give it time
My transaction is still pending too. one of my friends who has the same boxset as me already has his infiltrator outfit. im still waiting for mine to finish pending.
