Description of the issue: CTD when trying to enter "Settings" menu from either in-game or the character selection menu. No error message.
Running at 60Hz doesn't help.

Description of the issue: Goes straight to desktop when trying to access settings, no errors or anything.
I can't believe an issue this big has yet to be fixed, I bought this game for my girlfriend and myself and while playing together I can't even explain the annoyance we felt when we were unable to find any settings of video, audio, or keybindings thinking did we just get screwed on our money.
It's just so unprofessional, please make this a priority fix as I'm sure I and many others feel the game is unplayable without adjusting video settings for window mode and graphics, or audio settings so that the group voice chat can be turned off or made push to talk or fixed so it doesn't echo, or key bindings so that we can use a custom format that we are comfortable with.

Yeah, in the TECH AND SUPPORT area. You see the issue is however anytime someone clicked settings due to the nature of how the game crashed with no error or anything, and the AMAZING FACT that it all lead back to the launcher which actually has "SETTINGS" and the only two things there are region and language I highly doubt I was the only one to believe that there were no other settings. If it wasn't for me asking someone in game if there was any way to turn off the annoyingly bad voice chat in group chat I would have never even found out there was an in-game setting which lead me to this thread. So really, this should be a sticky in every damn section. So off is the general direction I wish you would ****.

Description of the issue: Game crashes to desktop without errors when attempting to access the settings menu from character select screen and crashes and automatically restarts when attempting to access the settings menu in game.
Also [possibly] related, during the tutorial level hitting 'esc' at any time also crashes the game.
Changing the monitor refresh rates to 60hz does not fix the issue, and I am unable to try the HDMI work-around due to the edge of my case conflicting(partially covering) with the only HDMI port on my card.
[Edit:]Also Possibly related, the game crashes when attempting to tab back in after alt-tabbing. In game sound mostly persists through the tab out (except enemy gun sounds); upon trying to tab back in the screen goes black, flickers once, the cursor changes to the defiance green arrow and game sound is fully restored, then it crashes to desktop.

Description of the issue: Crashes to desktop immediately upon trying to access the settings menu in game. Both from the character select screen and from the UI in game. No lingering processes or sounds, just ends the process and puts me back on my desktop.
Pushing one or both of my monitors down to 60Hz does not fix the issue, it still performs as stated above.
