I don't understand why people say it's dead? I just came back after abt a 3 month break and I play early mornings and during the day on the PC na and there are always people ard doing archs and the such.

Not saying it's booming but i always see people.

I'm on PS3 - I logged on last night after work (around 8pm CET time) and there was no-one. Iron Demon Ranch was empty. I drove to a minor Arkfall window and summoned an Arkfall near Bloodbath Gate and no-one else showed up. I ended up quitting because no other pink dots arrived to help. I kicked the *** out of Dust 514 all evening which was slightly more entertaining.

Because, nobody realizes that EVERYONE is still mostly doing Arkbreaks. Give it another week or 2 for people to get tired of nothing BUT arkbreaks and they will be everywhere again.

PS3 NA is still quite active. But PS3 EU though? That's another story. Very much a ghost town over in those parts especially at night.

or it could be that some shards are less populated than others.. not exactly sure how to get to the more populated server unless you have a friend there you can phase to.
i noticed when i phased into a friend's game that suddenly there's a lot of people, weird, and there are different arkfalls that are active.. he got the standard version, i got all dlc's, don't know if that makes a difference.
