nim boss battle

I am on the 2nd stage of this fight and 3 things keep happening. Nim never shows up or he disappers in the middle of the fight and never reappers or he gets stuck inside the wall. One of these three things happen every time and I have tried it about 20 times already. Is this happening to anybody else? I have even restarted my ps3with the same results. Is there something I can do to fix this glitch?

I had to kill myself to reset the stage everytime he disappeared until I finally made it through, not a fix but I finally beat it that way, just what I had to do until they fix it

I sent a ticket in and was told to just keep trying until it works. This is a pretty damn poor "solution" from a supposed software company.
