Has it be said if there is going to be a public bank or not? I'd prefer to have a bank area rather than a house.

The only mmo that I ever played for more than a month was UO. Anyone who has played that game knows how important bank sitting was.

Well I imagine that they would eventually want to go back to Columbia or just retire to Antarctica.

If the game ever fails, perhaps. I imagine one final mission to secure funds and then an image of someone lying in a hamock on the Antarctic beach.

Vanguard had sick features, too bad the technical parts of the game sucked.

The problem it ran into was having too big of an area. Mirroring an actual fullsize continent or world across different servers the way they did was bad news. They were running three servers and to get through one area of a continent generally was a 30 minute or so run. That's from one side to the other. It's problem was too massive of a land area.

But I do need a base of operations. And since arguably, the majority of the Ark Hunters out there are also my competition, I need a secure place to store my supplies and rest. A place where my comrades in arms can meet up.
