The Surge Bolter isn't the only weapon that can OHK in PvP. With the removal of damage reduction perk effect stacking it could be any of several sniper rifles or sawed offs depending on their rarity and bonus stats and the perk load out the player is using.

Are we talking about scrapping/selling EVERYthing besides starter and maybe quest rewards?

No quest rewards means survivalist is the only one with a sniper rifle, machinist is the only one with an LMG, etc, right?
Would mods be allowed?

I'm starting as a Veteran with that stock AR. Only Tier 1 mods are allowed! Use the base (starter) weapons indefinitely.

Ok, since sending tickets does not resolve much, I am still wondering if Shadow War is being abused by cheaters or are players really that amazingly good?

There are cases of players I confronted, but they took it easy and explained me and showed me tricks in detail, and I have kept watching them and sure, they were playing normal as intended but incredibly good.

However, then there is the other bunch I simply can't explain. I have my nice long range rifle, sitting cloaked, nice and far, probably about 400 in-game "yards". I see a guy jumping nonstop, I follow him, fire a shot, hit, he dives immediately (not even knowing where the shot came from as I hit his back) as he dives, a split second, I am headshotted by that exact same person, before I can even fire my second shot, having cover and distance... ok, can happen once. Wait, once ? No, it happens all the time !!!!! Can someone please show me a tutorial video or something how I can be so good, because those players NEVER answer me when I ask how the heck they did that and if they can give me advice ?

Next. Guy runs away from me as I am cloaked running after him. I unleash my surprise attack, then, while turning, I am headshotted. Again, a turn, shot direct hit in the head. The whole time.

Then, I am once again hunting, and people jump, fire, headshot, does not matter where I am, what I do. It is always, jump, insta-headshot. Distance does not matter.

I want to know from other players if possible, how can I be so good or is there hacking going on. I just need to know, I am asking, not accusing, so any input would be nice.

There are players that are that good. I don't PvP but I have watched streams and videos of some really talented PvP players and some of them can get the reticle on the head with amazing speed and accuracy which probably makes players believe they are using aimbots (but they're not).

Draw distance is hard capped at 100 meters in this game.

Hitting a player from behind is a popular and effective strategy in the game for sniper rifles and saw-off shotguns, especially if you're using the Sucker Punch perk. Many players will instinctively check their twelve if they're hit and survive. If you were using your Sniper Rifle and didn't get a OHK on them it's also probable that they are relying on the Rear Guard perk to survive, so the fact that they are alive is also going to instinctively make them assume that they were hit from behind.

It's simply player skill. Some players have twitch reflexes and exceptional hand eye coordination honed by years upon years of logging lots of hours playing shooter games.

Take a look at this player's video taken from a Shadow War on the PC-NA server. I could never hope to have the skill and talent he displays as he constantly moves and quickly acquires targets with his Tachmag and headshots with his VBI Sniper (often OHKing players with his Sniper Rifle) and there are no hacks involved.

What benefit is there to kicking people out of an instance with a 'hack' anyways?

I am more inclined to believe that the people in question were the only ones in the que and moment the instance server bugged out, kicking your friends; then those dudes were put into your co-op.

I can't for the life of me think why anyone would do that/actually make a hack for this purpose. Most FPS hacks are ESPs, god mode cheat trainer type programs, hex edits, aimbots, etc...not this.

This, most likely, is a bug in a game that is chalked full of them. Just add one more to the list!

The OP did say that this happened 8 times in a row. To paraphrase the saying from my workcenter in the Navy, "once is an anomaly, twice is a pattern, three times is a trend..."
