a daft question but how do i quit the game

played for a bit before but wanted to quit so i could download the preorder stuff yet despite looking high and low i could not see the quit option, i quit using the xbox homescreen button and now when reloading im having to redown load the manifest and its 10 mins#

Start or back then LT to settings and then log out.
