did they say why there wasn't a shield in the digital items even after it was advertised as being included for months now?

Hmm I got a blue VBI shield with a 3 sec recharge and 3% damage reduction. I salvaged it because I don't stand still for long, so the damage reduction was useless, and it had less shield health than the one from the tutorial.

Same here, shield wasnt that great to be honest, and yes I AM kinda ticked, I ordered the UE version and one of the factors was the Blood Red armor. I know it has been said to be on the list" of things to be fixed soon" But still, its annoying.

I thought the red looked lame.
