Check the cash shop. There is a button at the bottom left that you can click and it will show all your preorder items and anything you purchased in the shop. It's not very intuitive.

if it's not in the claim button in the bits store, you'll need to submit a support ticket, they'll send it to you "soon". I'd suggest sending an email/form ticket instead of live chat. they're pretty swamped.
