Linking account, didn't get any of the stuff it seems

anyone know how to do this and it actually work? I put in the code that it gave me when I made my character at defiance.com/linked expected to get the stuff when I beat the tutorial or something but got nothing.

Quit the game and relaunch it

It tells you that in game

To get the stuff, you have to claim it in the in-game store. There should be a 'claim item' option you need to select. Not sure where that is exactly for PS3 users. For PC Users it's on the bottom left under all the Item Shop categories.

yep i got it, you gotta press start, hold left trigger/L2, go to defiance store, , then go to "claimed". thanks for the help,
